2. Check the UDL status page: You can check the UDL status page and Help Center for any site-related issues, which may be impacting your payment.
3. Contact your bank: Please try contacting your bank for payment assistance.
Please note: UDL is not able to remove any restrictions that your card’s issuing bank has enabled.
